How to View the Simulation Results in the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform using 3DPlay

3DPlay is an intuitive web browser-based viewer application within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform that allows users to interact with 3D content such as CAD models, simulation results, and 3D annotations. It is designed for ease of use, making it accessible to a wide range of users, from designers and engineers to managers and clients.

1. Interacting with the Results:
   • Rotate, Pan, and Zoom: Use the mouse to rotate, pan, and zoom into the model to get different perspectives of the simulation results.
   • Cutting Planes: Apply cutting planes to view internal sections of the model and understand how the results vary within the model.
   • Animate Results: If your simulation includes time-dependent results, use the animation feature to see how the results change over time. This is particularly useful for dynamic analyses.
2. Analyzing Specific Points:
   • You can probe specific points on the model to get detailed result values at those points. This is done by clicking on the “Probe” tool and selecting the desired points on the model.
